How to make mouth flush for gum inflammation

For gum inflammation there is very simple and effective recipe What you need is: water half cup salt 2-3 teaspoon.

And here is how to do:

Heat the water until warm, it should not be too hot for your mouth. Mix the salt in water, after dissolving it's ready to use. Take some of this salty water in your mouth, let it move around the infected gum. Keep the water in your mouth a few minutes and repeat until your cup is empty. This should be repeated 2-3 times a day. Usually it takes only 2 or 3 days till the inflammation dissapears.

For even stronger effect, you may take little salt on your toothbrush and gently brush over the infected gum area, it may bleed a little but also offers more chance to effect the bacteria.
